Privacy Policy

Meridian is a product of Alpha Sale Pro EPC1 LLC ("Meridian", "we", "us"). Effective August 10, 2026.

This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit meridian.tips or canada.meridian.tips, request a quote, book a meeting, call a Meridian-powered phone line, or use the Meridian platform as a merchant.

Information we collect

Contact details you give us — name, business name, email, and phone number when you request a quote, book a call, or sign up.
Phone orders — when you call a restaurant that uses Meridian's AI phone agent, we process the call audio and a transcript to take your order accurately. Calls may be recorded for quality and accuracy.
Merchant business data — for restaurants using Meridian, we process point-of-sale transaction data (sales, items, timing) from systems the merchant connects, such as Square or Clover, to provide analytics.
Camera counting (merchants who enable it) — Meridian's camera intelligence counts people entering and leaving and measures wait times. It is anonymous by design: it counts people and does not identify them, and no facial recognition is performed.
Website usage — standard analytics and cookie data as described in our cookie notice, where you have consented.

Text messages (SMS program)

Program description. Meridian sends transactional order notifications on behalf of restaurants: an order confirmation and a secure payment link after you place an order by phone. No marketing or promotional messages are sent under this program.

Opt-in. Consent is collected verbally during your inbound call, before any message is sent. Message frequency varies with your orders (typically 1–3 messages per order). Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out and help. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. You can also contact hello@meridian.tips.

No sharing of mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with, or sold to, any third party.

How we use information

To provide the services: answering calls, placing orders into the merchant's point of sale, sending order confirmations and payment links, producing merchant analytics.
To respond to quote requests and scheduled meetings.
To secure, debug, and improve the services.

We do not sell personal information.

Payments

Payments are processed by payment providers such as Stripe, Square, or Clover. Card numbers are entered directly with the payment processor; Meridian does not store your full card number.

Service providers

We use service providers to run the platform — hosting and databases, telephony and messaging carriers, payment processors, and email delivery. They process data only to provide their services to us.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the services and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California and Canada), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Contact hello@meridian.tips and we will respond within the time required by law.
